All pre-departure services are delivered on the ground in Vietnam by Talenta’s network of qualified, vetted local counsellors and specialists. Services are designed primarily for secondary school students (ages 14–18) preparing for higher education in Europe, though they are also available to gap-year and mature students on request.
Note on delivery: Talenta currently subcontracts pre-departure services to qualified local partners in Vietnam. Pricing reflects the true cost of that expertise plus Talenta’s coordination and quality-assurance margin. Talenta maintains oversight, quality standards, and the student relationship at every step.

Guidance from first idea to application-ready — tailored for secondary school pupils
Choosing to study abroad is one of the biggest decisions a family can make. Talenta’s counselling service guides students and families through the process with honesty, structure, and personalised support — from exploring options to understanding fit, to being truly ready to apply.
The service is available in three formats — a single orientation session, a targeted package for students who already know what they want, or a comprehensive year-long programme following the student through their entire preparation journey.

Connecting the right students with the right partner universities — at no cost to students
Talenta’s University Matching service identifies the best-fit academic institution for each student from within Talenta’s partner university network. This is a complimentary service for students: Talenta does not charge students for university matching. Instead, partner universities pay a placement fee when a student referred by Talenta successfully enrols.

Stress-free Schengen and national student visa assistance — from Vietnam to Europe
Applying for a European student visa (Schengen Type D or national long-stay visa) is a process with strict documentation requirements and limited room for error. Talenta’s Visa Support service guides students and families through every step — from gathering documents to preparing for the consulate interview — through a network of vetted local visa specialists in Vietnam.
Note on delivery: Visa Support is delivered through Talenta-vetted specialist partners in Vietnam. Talenta adds a coordination and quality-assurance layer on top of partner fees. Our pricing is designed to remain accessible and fair for students and families while covering our operational costs. No hidden charges. Consular fees are paid separately and directly to the embassy.
