Founded on lived experience, not just market opportunity
Talenta was built on over 20 years of international mobility experience — by people who have lived it professionally and personally. Our team has worked across European institutions, international organisations, and cross-border programmes, and has moved, studied, and built careers across countries and cultures.
That lived experience is what makes Talenta different. We understand mobility not as a transaction, but as a life-changing journey — and we have designed every service around that understanding.

Vietnamese students are among the most driven, academically prepared, and internationally minded in Southeast Asia — yet they remain systematically underrepresented in European higher education. The gap is not one of ambition. It is one of guidance, access, and trust.

Nicola Filizola
Founder & CEO

With over 20 years across EU institutions, the United Nations, trade associations, and the Italian Ministry of Interior, Nicola has spent his career at the intersection of European policy, international partnerships, and cross-border mobility. He is co-founder and Vice President of GaragErasmus Foundation and currently serves as Secretary General of the Modern Building Alliance. Talenta is the direct expression of his belief that lived mobility experience is the best foundation for helping others navigate theirs.
Manuel Freire Garabal
EU Business Developer
Manuel leads Talenta’s university partnership development across Europe. With a background in European affairs and business development, he brings institutional fluency and commercial drive to identify and build lasting relationships with higher education institutions ready to grow in Vietnam.
Eugenia Rudnik
Head of Communication
Evgenia brings a sharp multilingual instinct to everything Talenta communicates. With a background in applied languages and hands-on experience across communications campaigns and event organisation, she knows how to craft messages that land — in the right language, on the right channel, at the right moment.
At Talenta, Evgenia is building the brand from the ground up: shaping our voice, driving our content presence, and making sure every student, partner, and university we work with feels the same clarity and ambition that defines what we do.
Fluent in Russian, English, and French, she brings both the cultural range and the creative discipline that international education demands.
