Talenta’s Integration and Career Services support students throughout their time in Europe and accompany them when they come home, helping them turn their international experience into a professional advantage in both markets.

These services operate in two geographies and can be purchased separately or as a combined career bundle. Talenta’s local coordinators operate in host cities across Europe; our Vietnam career network is activated for returning graduates.

Social & Cultural Integration — Europe

Arriving in Europe is exciting — and isolating. The first months are critical: students who integrate well socially and culturally perform better academically and are far less likely to return home prematurely. Talenta’s integration service actively builds the student’s local life: community, language confidence, and practical daily autonomy.

Integration pricing is the same across all Talenta destinations. Premium requires the student to be in a Talenta partner city. Standard is available to any student globally.

Students who want to gain professional experience in Europe during or after their studies need more than a CV — they need to understand the local job market, build a network, and present themselves effectively to European employers. Talenta’s job placement support bridges the gap between academic success and professional entry.
