We operate through SMART Cooperative (Avenue Fonteneau 12, 1030 Brussels) pending registration as Talenta SRL. We are the data controller of your personal information.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, contact details, and academic information when you enquire about or use our services. We collect website usage data automatically via cookies. We use this data to deliver our services, respond to your enquiries, and improve our website. We do not sell your data.

Legal bases

We process data on the basis of contract performance (when delivering services), legitimate interest (website analytics, service communications), and consent (marketing emails and optional cookies).

Sharing and transfers

We share data with European partner universities and Vietnamese sub-agents as necessary to manage your application, and with our IT service providers under GDPR-compliant agreements. Transfers to Vietnam are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Active client files are kept for 5 years after engagement. Enquiry data is deleted after 12 months. Financial records are kept for 7 years as required by Belgian law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at info@talenta-europe.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD) at dataprotectionauthority.be.
